Creating Your Account

To get started with Camper BMS, you'll need to create an account. During the beta period, access is by application only.

Applying for Beta Access

  1. On the login page, click the Apply For Beta Access button.

  2. Fill in the beta application form:

    • Name - Your full name.

    • Email - Your email address.

    • Business Name - The name of your campground or business.

    • Roughly how many bookings do you accept per month? - Select a range from the dropdown.

  3. Click Apply to submit your application.

  4. If approved, you'll receive an email letting you know you've been accepted.

How to Register

  1. Once approved, head to the registration page by clicking Click Here To Sign Up on the login page.

  2. Register using the same email address you used for your beta application.

  3. Fill in your personal information:

    • First Name - Your first name.

    • Last Name - Your last name.

    • Email Address - Must be a valid email address. This will be your login.

    • Mobile Number - Your contact mobile number.

  4. Enter your business information:

    • ABN - Your Australian Business Number. Click the Verify button to validate it. Once verified, the Legal Entity Name field will auto-populate with your business name.

  5. Set your password:

    • Password - Choose a secure password.

    • Confirm Password - Re-enter your password to confirm.

  6. Review and accept the Camper BMS SaaS Agreement and Privacy Policy by ticking the checkbox.

  7. Optionally tick the marketing opt-in checkbox to receive product updates, news and promotions.

  8. Click Continue.

Verifying Your Email

After registering, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your address. You won't be able to access the full platform until your email is verified.

Logging In

Once registered and verified, head to the login page and enter your email and password. You can tick Remember me to stay logged in. If you've set up two-factor authentication, you'll be prompted for your verification code.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address and click Email Password Reset Link.

  3. Check your inbox for the reset email.

  4. Click the link and set a new password.
