Connect a custom subdomain to your campground's booking pages so customers see your own URL instead of the default Camper BMS address.
Requirements
Custom domains require an active billing method on your account.
You need access to the DNS records of your domain to complete setup.
Accessing Domain Settings
Navigate to Settings > Domain Settings from the campground menu.
Setup Process
The domain setup follows a guided 5-step wizard with a progress indicator at the top of the page.
Step 1: Add Your Subdomain
Enter your desired subdomain (e.g. bookings.yourwebsite.com). Do not include http or https. Click Add Subdomain to proceed.
Step 2: Configure DNS
You will be shown a CNAME record to add in the DNS zone for your domain. Create this record with your domain registrar or DNS provider, then click Validate DNS to check the configuration.
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate.
You can cancel and remove the domain at any point during this step.
Step 3: SSL Certificate Validation
Once DNS is verified, an SSL certificate is automatically provisioned and validated. This typically takes 5-10 minutes. The page checks the status automatically every 30 seconds, or you can click Check SSL Status manually.
Step 4: Finalise Deployment
After the SSL certificate is ready, your domain configuration is deployed. This can take 5-15 minutes. The page checks automatically every 30 seconds, or you can click Check Deployment Status manually.
Step 5: Complete
Once all steps are finished, the page shows your live domain link along with status indicators for DNS (Verified), SSL Certificate (Active), and Deployment (Live).
Removing a Domain
At any point during or after setup, you can click Remove Domain (or Cancel & Remove Domain during setup). A confirmation dialog will appear before the domain is removed. Your booking pages will revert to the default Camper BMS URL.
