Campsites are the individual bookable sites within a campsite area. For example, a "Beachfront Sites" area might contain Site 1, Site 2, Site 3, etc.
Accessing Campsites
Navigate to a campsite area to see the list of individual sites within it. The page header shows the total site count, area type, and guest capacity.
Quick Add Site
Click Quick Add Site to open a modal for creating sites without leaving the list.
Adding a Single Site
Set the Site Status (Live or Offline).
Enter a Site Number (e.g. "A12").
Optionally add a Size (m²) and Notes.
Click Create Site.
Adding Multiple Sites at Once
Toggle Create Multiple Sites to enable bulk creation:
Set a Starting Number (e.g. 1).
Set the Number of Sites to create (up to 100).
A preview shows the range that will be created (e.g. "1 through 10").
Optionally add a Size and Notes (applied to all sites).
Click Create Sites.
Managing Sites
Viewing a Site
Click on any site to view its bookings and details. From there you can navigate to edit the site's settings.
Editing
Click Edit Site to access settings tabs:
Edit Details — Site number, status, size, and notes.
Individual Pricing — Individual pricing overrides.
Pet Settings — Site-specific pet policy overrides.
Edit Blocked Dates — Site-specific blocked dates.
Channel Sync — iCal import/export settings.
Searching and Sorting
Use the search and filter section to find sites by number, and sort the list by different fields.
Channel Sync
The Channel Sync dropdown on the campsites list page provides:
Export iCal URLs — Export calendar URLs for external platforms.
Import External Calendars — Import calendars from other booking platforms.
