Accessing Pricing

Navigate to your campsite area and click Edit Pricing & Rates in the sidebar.

Free or Paid

Use the Pricing toggle at the top of the form to switch between Free and Paid. When set to Free, no pricing fields are shown and customers are not charged.

Pricing Model

Choose between Per Site (a flat rate per night) or Per Person (a rate per person per night).

When using Per Site pricing, you can also enable an Additional Charge Per Person to charge extra for each guest above the area's minimum guest count.

The Three Price Tiers

Standard Price

Your default nightly rate. This applies to any dates that don't fall within your higher or lower date ranges.

Higher Price

A premium rate for peak periods. Set this higher than your standard price.

Lower Price

A discounted rate for off-peak periods. Set this lower than your standard price.

Setting Date Ranges

When dynamic pricing is disabled, you can manually select specific dates for higher and lower pricing using the date pickers.

Higher Pricing Dates

Use the date picker to select the dates when the higher price applies (e.g. school holidays, Christmas, Easter).

Lower Pricing Dates

Use the date picker to select the dates when the lower price applies (e.g. mid-week in winter, shoulder season).

Any dates not covered by higher or lower selections will use the standard price.

Saving Changes

Click Update Area to apply your pricing. All sites in this area will use these prices unless they have individual pricing overrides.
