While dynamic pricing generates multipliers automatically, you can manually override individual days when needed.
When to Override
You might want to manually adjust a multiplier for:
A local event that the system doesn't know about.
A promotion or special offer on specific dates.
Correcting a day you know will be busier or quieter than historical data suggests.
How to Override a Day
Navigate to your campsite area's Edit Pricing & Rates page with dynamic pricing enabled.
On the pricing calendar, click on the day you want to adjust.
A widget appears with a slider ranging from Low to High (0.0 to 2.0). The current price updates as you move the slider.
Optionally enter a note to record why you are overriding this day.
Click Set to save the override.
Overridden days are marked with a pencil icon and a highlighted ring on the calendar.
Clearing an Override
If you've set a manual override and want to revert to the automatically calculated multiplier:
Click on the overridden day.
Click Clear.
The day will return to using the system-generated multiplier.
Understanding the Impact
Remember the multiplier scale:
0.0 = Lower price
1.0 = Standard price
2.0 = Higher price
Values in between are interpolated, so a multiplier of 0.5 gives a price halfway between your lower and standard rates.
