Set custom pricing on a specific campsite that overrides the area's category pricing. This is useful for premium sites with better views, larger spaces, or unique features.
Accessing Individual Pricing
Navigate to the campsite area.
Click on the individual campsite.
Click Individual Pricing in the sidebar.
Enabling Custom Pricing
Check the Enable individual pricing for this campsite checkbox.
Set your prices:
Standard Price — The default nightly rate for this specific site (required).
Higher Price — Peak period rate (optional, defaults to standard if not set).
Lower Price — Off-peak rate (optional, defaults to standard if not set).
Click Update Pricing.
When individual pricing is disabled, a reference panel shows the category's current pricing structure for comparison.
Disabling Custom Pricing
Uncheck the Enable individual pricing for this campsite checkbox and click Update Pricing. The site will revert to using the area's category pricing.
Impact on Auto-Allocation
Sites with active individual pricing are excluded from auto-allocation. This means:
When a customer clicks "Book Now" without choosing a specific site, only standard-priced sites are considered.
Sites with custom pricing will only be booked when a customer specifically selects them from the "Choose A Specific Site" list.
If all available sites have individual pricing, the auto-allocation button is hidden.
How It Displays to Customers
On the public booking page, the site selection list shows the actual total price for each site based on the selected dates. Customers see the calculated total rather than the per-night rate, formatted as "$XX.XX total for X night(s)". Sites with custom pricing show an indicator badge.
