Modify the details of an existing lease agreement.
How to Edit
Navigate to Leases and find the lease.
Click on the lease to view it.
Click Edit Lease.
What You Can Change
Lease Period — Start and end dates.
Campsite — Reassign to a different available campsite. Available campsites are loaded based on the selected dates.
Payment Frequency — Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
Rent Amount — The rental amount for each payment period.
End of Lease Action — What happens when the lease expires (Convert to Month-to-Month, Renew for Same Term, or Lease Terminates).
Tenants — Add or remove tenants. You can also create new customers from within the form.
Lease Agreement Document — Upload a new agreement PDF or replace the existing one.
Lease Status — Change between Draft, Active, Expired, or Cancelled.
Saving Changes
Click Update Lease to save your changes.
