Upload and manage documents associated with a lease.
Lease Agreement Document
The lease agreement document is displayed separately from general files with an Agreement badge.
Uploading
The lease agreement can be uploaded during lease creation or editing. Only PDF format is accepted (max 10MB).
Viewing
Click View on the agreement document to open it in a new tab.
Deleting
Click Delete on the agreement document. A confirmation prompt will appear. This removes the document but does not affect the lease itself.
General Files
You can upload additional files for record-keeping in the Documents & Files section:
Click Upload Files.
Drag and drop or click to browse for files.
Supported formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG (max 10MB per file).
Files are attached to the lease for reference.
Managing Files
Click View on any file to open or download it.
Click Delete to remove a file.
