Find leases quickly using search, filters, and sorting.
Search
Type in the search bar to find leases by:
Customer name or email.
Agreement number.
Site number.
Advanced Search
Click the Advanced toggle inside the search bar to access additional filters:
Lease Status - Filter by All Statuses, Active, Draft, Expired, or Terminated.
Start Date - Filter by lease start date.
End Date - Filter by lease end date.
Click Search to apply filters or Reset to clear them. Click Basic Search to collapse the advanced filters.
Results
The lease list displays each lease with:
Agreement number (clickable link to view details).
Tenants (with email and count of additional tenants).
Site number and category.
Lease term (start date, end date, rent amount, and payment frequency).
Status badge.
View and Edit action buttons.
A total results count is displayed above the list.
Pagination
Navigate through results using the page controls at the bottom of the list.
