The customer profile page shows all information and history for a customer in one place.

The customer profile page shows all information and history for a customer in one place.

Customer Information

  • Name, email (clickable mailto link), phone (clickable tel link).

  • Address (if provided).

  • SMS notification status badge (Opted In or Opted Out) and consent history log.

Status Indicators

  • Flagged - An amber warning bar if the customer has been flagged.

  • Banned - A red danger bar if the customer has been banned.

Sections

Notes

View customer notes and internal notes (displayed separately).

Customer Invoices

A paginated list of all invoices associated with the customer, with an Actions button on each invoice to open the invoice actions modal (mark paid, mark unpaid, void, refund, download PDF).

Customer Bookings

A paginated list of all the customer's bookings.

Customer Leases

A paginated list of all the customer's leases.

Available Actions

  • Send SMS - Open a modal to send an SMS message directly to the customer.

  • Back To All Customers - Return to the customer list.

  • Edit Customer - Navigate to the edit page to update their details.

  • Flag Customer - Add a warning flag (only shown if the customer is not already flagged or banned).

  • Remove Flag - Clear the flag (only shown if the customer is flagged but not banned).

  • Ban Customer - Block the customer from booking (only shown if the customer is not already banned).

  • Un-Ban Customer - Restore booking access (only shown if the customer is banned).
