Manage problem customers by flagging them as a warning or banning them entirely.

Flagging a Customer

Flags add a visible warning to a customer's profile so staff are aware of potential issues.

  1. Open the customer profile.

  2. Click Flag Customer (at the bottom of the page). This button is only available if the customer is not already flagged or banned.

  3. The customer's profile now shows an amber warning bar.

Removing a Flag

Click Remove Flag on the customer profile to clear the warning. This button is only visible when the customer is flagged but not banned.

Banning a Customer

Banning prevents a customer from making new bookings.

  1. Open the customer profile.

  2. Click Ban Customer (at the bottom of the page). This button is available as long as the customer is not already banned.

  3. The customer's profile shows a red danger bar.

Un-Banning

Click Un-Ban Customer to restore their ability to book. This button is only visible when the customer is currently banned.

Visibility

Flag and ban statuses are visible:

  • On the customer profile page.

  • In the customer list.

  • On booking detail pages for that customer.

This ensures all staff are aware of the customer's status before interacting with them.
