Configure how your invoices look and behave.

Accessing Invoice Settings

Navigate to the campground settings and select Invoice Settings from the settings sidebar.

Options

Business Information

Your business details (entity name, ABN, and GST registration status) are pulled from the organisation owner's profile and displayed on invoices automatically.

Invoice Notes

Customise the footer content that appears on invoices your customers receive. This replaces the default invoice notes.

Invoice Address

Set the campground address printed on customer invoices. You can include additional information here if needed.

Overdue Invoice Reminders

Configure automatic reminder emails sent to customers when their invoices become overdue. Only invoices with a due date set will receive reminders. Available reminder intervals:

  • 1 day overdue.

  • 7 days overdue.

  • 14 days overdue.

  • 30 days overdue (final notice).

Saving Changes

Click Update to apply your invoice settings. Changes apply to all future invoices.

Invoice Retention & Record Keeping

Invoice PDFs generated through Camper BMS are retained in accordance with the data retention terms set out in the SaaS Agreement.

Camper BMS is not a statutory record-keeping, archival, backup, or document storage service. You are solely responsible for maintaining independent copies of invoices, tax records, and other financial documents required by law.

We recommend downloading and securely storing invoice PDFs for your own accounting and compliance purposes.
