Set up bookable extras that customers can add to their bookings, such as firewood, linen packs, or equipment hire.

Accessing Add-ons

Navigate to Add-ons from the campground menu.

Creating a New Add-on

  1. Click Create New Add-on.

  2. Fill in the details:

    • Add-on Name — The name shown to customers (e.g. "Late Check-out", "Pet Fee").

    • Description (optional) — A brief description of what's included.

    • Price (AUD) — How much the add-on costs.

    • Add-on Image (optional) — Upload an image for the add-on.

    • Available Categories — Select which campsite categories this add-on is available for during checkout.

  3. Click Create Add-on.

How It Works

Once created, add-ons become available:

  • On the public booking page during checkout (customers can select them).

  • On the admin booking detail page (staff can add them to existing bookings).

Add-on charges are included in booking invoices.
