Send SMS or email messages to your customers from Camper BMS.

Requirements

  • SMS messaging requires SMS services to be enabled in your campground's SMS settings.

  • Email messaging is available by default.

  • Messaging may be restricted if your payment method is not set up or you have overdue invoices.

Composing a Message

  1. Navigate to Messaging and click Compose Message.

  2. Message Type — Choose Email or SMS (SMS is only available if enabled for your campground).

  3. Template (optional) — Select a saved template to pre-fill the content.

  4. Subject (email only) — Enter the email subject line.

  5. Content — Write your message content using the rich text editor (email) or plain text field (SMS).

  6. Recipients — Use the filter checkboxes to select who should receive the message (e.g. customers currently staying, customers with future bookings).

  7. Recipient Preview — Review the estimated recipient count and sample recipients.

Sending Options

  • Send Now — The message is sent right away.

  • Schedule Message — Tick the schedule checkbox, pick a date and time, and the message will be sent later using campground time.

Submitting

Click Send Now or Schedule Message to dispatch or queue the message.

Important

SMS messages must relate directly to booking-related communications (confirmations, reminders, and operational messages). Marketing, promotional, or unsolicited SMS content is not permitted.
