Track all messages sent from your campground.
Accessing Message History
Navigate to Messaging to see the message list.
What You See
Each message shows:
Type — SMS or Email.
Subject — The message subject (or "SMS Message" for SMS).
Recipients — How many people received it.
Status — Scheduled, Sent, Failed, or Cancelled.
Scheduled — When the message was scheduled for.
Sent — When the message was actually sent.
Viewing Details
Click View on any message to see:
The full message content.
Delivery status for each individual recipient, including contact details, status, sent time, and any error messages.
Restricted Messaging Notice
If your billing method isn't set up, you have overdue invoices, or messaging has been restricted by an admin, you'll see a notice explaining which features are restricted.
