Send a quick one-off SMS to a specific customer directly from a booking, lease, or customer profile.

How to Send

  1. Open a booking detail page, lease detail page, or customer profile.

  2. Click Send SMS.

  3. A modal appears showing the customer's name and phone number.

  4. Write your message (up to 160 characters).

  5. Click Send SMS.

When to Use

  • Quick updates about a booking ("Your site is ready").

  • Follow-ups on outstanding payments.

  • Responding to customer enquiries.

  • Any one-off communication that doesn't need a template or bulk send.

Requirements

  • SMS services must be enabled in your campground's settings.

  • The customer must have a phone number on file.

  • The customer must have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

  • Messages must be booking-related (confirmations, reminders, operational). Marketing or promotional content is not permitted.
