How to Send
Open a booking detail page, lease detail page, or customer profile.
Click Send SMS.
A modal appears showing the customer's name and phone number.
Write your message (up to 160 characters).
Click Send SMS.
When to Use
Quick updates about a booking ("Your site is ready").
Follow-ups on outstanding payments.
Responding to customer enquiries.
Any one-off communication that doesn't need a template or bulk send.
Requirements
SMS services must be enabled in your campground's settings.
The customer must have a phone number on file.
The customer must have opted in to receive SMS notifications.
Messages must be booking-related (confirmations, reminders, operational). Marketing or promotional content is not permitted.
