Configure which events trigger email notifications to your staff.
Accessing Notification Settings
Navigate to Settings > Notification Settings from the campground menu.
Notification Types
Toggle on or off notifications for the following events:
Daily Summary Email — Sent at 8:30am every morning with customers checking in and out that day.
New Booking Email — Sent when a new booking is received.
Cancellation Email — Sent when a booking is cancelled.
Change Request Email — Sent when a customer requests a change to their booking.
Flagged Email — Sent when a booking is flagged for review.
Privacy Request Email — Sent when a customer submits a data request.
Import/Export Email — Sent when data import or export operations are completed.
Recipient Email Addresses
Each notification type has its own recipient list. Enter one or more comma-separated email addresses for each.
Email Verification
Notification email addresses must be verified before they can receive notifications. Each email shows its verification status (Verified or Pending Verification). Click Resend if a recipient hasn't received or has lost their verification email.
Saving Changes
Click Update to apply your notification preferences.
