Set up automated reminder emails sent to guests before their arrival.
Accessing Settings
Navigate to Settings > Upcoming Booking Email from the campground menu.
Configuration
Reminder Timing
Choose when the reminder is sent relative to the check-in date: Never, 1 day before, 2 days before, 3 days before, 5 days before, 7 days before, or 14 days before.
Email Subject
Set the subject line for the reminder email.
Email Content
Customise the email body using a rich text editor. Use placeholders to include dynamic information:
{FIRST_NAME}, {LAST_NAME} — Guest name.
{CHECK_IN_DATE}, {CHECK_OUT_DATE} — Booking dates.
{CHECK_IN_TIME}, {CHECK_OUT_TIME} — Check-in/out times.
{CAMPGROUND_NAME}, {CAMPGROUND_ADDRESS} — Campground details.
{SITE_NUMBER} — Site or accommodation number.
{CONTACT_EMAIL}, {CONTACT_PHONE} — Campground contact details.
{BOOKING_NUMBER} — Booking reference number.
Email Attachments
Upload PDF or image files (PNG, JPG, GIF) to be sent with the reminder email. You can add multiple attachments and remove existing ones.
Saving Changes
Click Save Email Settings to apply. Reminders will be sent automatically for all future bookings based on your configured timing.
