Configure the automated email sent to guests after they have checked out.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings > Post Stay Email from the campground menu.

Configuration

Send Timing

Choose when to send the post-stay email relative to the check-out date: Never, 1 day after, 2 days after, or 3 days after.

Email Subject

Set the subject line for the post-stay email.

Email Content

Customise the email body using a rich text editor. Use placeholders to include dynamic information:

  • {FIRST_NAME}, {LAST_NAME} — Guest name.

  • {CHECK_IN_DATE}, {CHECK_OUT_DATE} — Booking dates.

  • {CHECK_IN_TIME}, {CHECK_OUT_TIME} — Check-in/out times.

  • {CAMPGROUND_NAME}, {CAMPGROUND_ADDRESS} — Campground details.

  • {SITE_NUMBER} — Site or accommodation number.

  • {CONTACT_EMAIL}, {CONTACT_PHONE} — Campground contact details.

  • {BOOKING_NUMBER} — Booking reference number.

  • {REVIEW_LINK} — Link to leave a review on Google.

Google Reviews

The {REVIEW_LINK} placeholder requires your campground's Google Places listing to be connected. If Google Reviews are not connected, a warning will be displayed with a link to configure this in the Review Settings.

Email Attachments

Upload PDF or image files (PNG, JPG, GIF) to be sent with the post-stay email. You can add multiple attachments and remove existing ones.

Saving Changes

Click Save Email Settings to apply. Post-stay emails will be sent automatically for all future bookings based on your configured timing.
