Customise the self check-in experience for your guests.
Accessing Settings
Navigate to Settings > Self Check In from the campground menu.
Options
Self Check-In Toggle
Enable or disable self check-in. When enabled, guests receive an email the evening before their booking with a link to a secure check-in page.
Check-In Information
Use the rich text editor to write the information displayed to guests on the self check-in page, in addition to their basic booking details.
Check-In Attachments
Upload PDFs or images (maps, rules, etc.) to be shown on the check-in page. For each attachment you can set a name and description.
Previewing
Click Preview Check-In Page to see what the check-in experience looks like from the guest's perspective. This opens in a new tab.
Saving Changes
Click Save Check-In Settings to apply your check-in settings.
