Add custom form fields to your public booking checkout to collect additional information from customers.

Add custom form fields to your public booking checkout to collect additional information from customers.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings > Checkout Fields from the campground menu.

Adding a Field

  1. Choose a field type from the available options:

    • Single Line Text — Short text responses like vehicle registration.

    • Multi-line Text — Longer text responses for additional notes.

    • Number — Numeric values like number of pets.

    • Yes/No Choice — Simple yes/no questions.

    • Multiple Choice — A list of predefined options the guest selects from.

    • Date — A date picker for specific dates.

  2. Configure:

    • Label — What the customer sees (e.g. "Vehicle Registration", "Estimated Arrival Time").

    • Description — Optional context or instructions for guests.

    • Required — Toggle whether the field must be filled in to complete the booking.

    • Options — For Multiple Choice fields, add the list of options guests can choose from.

  3. Click Add Field.

Managing Fields

Reordering

Use the up and down arrow buttons on each field to change the order they appear on the checkout form.

Editing

Click the edit button on a field to update its label, description, required status, or options.

Removing

Click the delete button on a field and confirm to remove it from the checkout form.

Important Notice

Collection of sensitive personal data (government IDs, financial information, health data, biometric data, etc.) is prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring all data collection complies with applicable privacy regulations.
