Sync your campsite availability with external booking channels (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) using iCal feeds.
Campground-Level Calendar Sync
Access campground-level calendar sync from the Bookings page by switching to the calendar view and clicking the Export to Calendar button. A modal opens with the following options:
Enable Calendar Sync - Turn on the campground-level calendar feed. A unique subscription URL is generated and confirmed bookings sync every 15 minutes.
Sync Now - Trigger an immediate sync of the calendar feed.
Revoke URL - Invalidate the current URL and generate a new one. Existing calendar subscriptions using the old URL will stop working.
Disable Calendar Sync - Turn off the feed and delete the calendar file.
Copy - Copy the calendar URL to your clipboard.
Individual Campsite iCal
For site-level channel management, navigate to a campsite and click the Channel Sync tab:
Exporting (Your Availability to Channels)
Click Enable Calendar Export.
Copy the iCal URL for this specific campsite.
Paste it into your external channel's calendar sync settings.
The channel will periodically fetch your availability.
Other actions:
Regenerate URL - Create a new URL (invalidates the old one).
Refresh Now - Force a refresh of the exported data.
Disable Export - Stop sharing availability for this site.
Importing (Channel Bookings to You)
Click + Add External Calendar.
Enter the iCal URL from your external channel.
The system imports bookings from that channel and blocks dates accordingly.
Click Sync Now on individual imports to fetch the latest data.
Click Remove on an import to stop syncing from that channel.
Bulk iCal Operations
From Integrations in the main navigation, use the Channel Sync (Export) and Channel Sync (Import) pages:
Bulk Export - Enable exports for all sites at once and download a CSV of all iCal URLs.
Bulk Import - Upload a CSV to set up iCal imports for many sites at once. Download the template first.
