Manage bulk channel sync operations for your campground.
Accessing Channel Sync
Navigate to Integrations from the main navigation and choose Channel Sync (Export) or Channel Sync (Import) from the sidebar.
Exports
The exports page shows a table of all campsites with their site number, category, export status (Enabled/Disabled), last updated date, and a Copy button for the iCal URL.
Enable All
Click Enable All to turn on iCal exports for every campsite in your campground at once. This button is disabled if all campsites already have exports enabled.
Download CSV
Click Download CSV to download a CSV file containing all your campsite iCal export URLs. Share this with channel managers or use it to configure external systems.
Imports
The imports page shows a table of all active imports with their site number, name, sync status, last synced date, and actions.
Bulk Import
Click Bulk Import to open the upload modal.
Fill in the template CSV with your channel iCal URLs for each campsite.
Upload the completed CSV.
The system creates iCal imports for each campsite listed.
Download Template
Click Download Template to get the CSV template that shows the required format for bulk importing iCal feed URLs.
Managing Imports
Each import row has a dropdown menu with:
Copy URL - Copy the import URL to clipboard.
Delete - Remove the external calendar import. Blocked dates from this source will be deleted.
