Camper BMS supports multiple payment gateways for accepting customer payments.
Available Gateways
Square
Connect your Square account via OAuth for seamless payment processing. See Setting Up Square.
eWay
Australian-based payment gateway. See Setting Up eWay.
Pin Payments
Australian payment gateway. See Setting Up Pin Payments.
ANZ Worldline
Payment processing through ANZ's Worldline platform. See Setting Up ANZ Worldline.
Westpac OnlinePay
Online payment processing solution from Westpac. See Setting Up Westpac OnlinePay.
Setting Up a Gateway
Navigate to Settings > Payments.
Select your preferred Payment Gateway Provider from the dropdown.
Enter your gateway credentials, or complete the OAuth connection for Square by clicking Connect Square Account.
Acknowledge the payment processing terms in the SaaS Agreement.
Click Update Payment Settings.
To change your payment provider after initial setup, click Clear Credentials to remove existing credentials, then select a new provider.
3D Secure
A 3D Secure Verification toggle is available for all gateways. When enabled, Camper BMS will attempt to run your payment provider's standard 3D Secure flow during checkout. You may need to contact your payment provider to enable and configure 3D Secure for your gateway.
Failure Behaviour
You can configure what happens if the payment gateway fails during checkout:
Cancel Booking - The booking is cancelled.
Create Pending Payment Booking - Pay On Site - The booking is created with a pending payment status and the customer pays on arrival.
Create Pending Payment Booking - Generate Online Invoice - The booking is created with a pending payment status and an online invoice is generated for the customer.
Requirements
You must have an active billing method with Camper BMS before you can configure a payment gateway for your campground.
