Add staff to your organisation so they can help manage your campgrounds.

Accessing Team Settings

Navigate to Organisation from the main navigation.

Inviting a Member

  1. In the Add Organisation Member section, enter the new member's Email Address.

  2. Select their Role using the radio buttons. Each role shows its name and a description of the access level.

  3. Click Invite Member.

What Happens

  • An invitation email is sent to the entered email address.

  • If the person already has a Camper BMS account, they can log in and accept the invite.

  • If they don't have an account, the email includes a link to register and automatically join your organisation.

Managing Invitations

Pending invitations appear at the top of the Organisation Members section. Click Cancel Invitation next to any pending invitation to revoke it before it has been accepted.
