Manage your personal account details.
Accessing Your Profile
Click Profile from the main navigation. The page title is Profile Settings.
Account Information
Update your:
First Name - Your first name.
Last Name - Your last name.
Email - Your login email address. If your email is unverified, a prompt appears to re-send the verification email.
Phone Number - Your contact number.
Click Save to update.
ABN / Entity Information
If you already have an ABN on file, your current ABN, Legal Entity Name, and GST registration status are displayed. To change your ABN, click Change ABN.
To set up or change your ABN:
Enter your ABN (Australian Business Number).
Click Verify ABN. The system validates the ABN and retrieves your legal entity name and GST registration status.
Once verified, your Legal Entity Name is displayed (read-only).
Toggle Is This Entity Registered For GST? if you need to change the GST status. This controls whether GST messaging appears on totals and invoices.
Click Save Changes.
If you are not the billing manager of the current organisation, a warning is displayed that changes will not affect campground invoices.
