Setting Up 2FA

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. In the Two Factor Authentication section, click Enable.

  3. Confirm your password when prompted.

  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.), or manually enter the Setup Key shown below the QR code.

  5. Enter the verification code from your authenticator app and click Confirm to finish enabling 2FA.

  6. Your recovery codes are displayed. Store these in a secure password manager.

Logging In with 2FA

After enabling 2FA, you will be prompted for a secure, random token during authentication. You may retrieve this token from your phone's Google Authenticator application.

  1. Enter your email and password as usual.

  2. Open your authenticator app.

  3. Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app.

  4. You're logged in.

Recovery Codes

If you lose access to your authenticator app, use one of your recovery codes to log in. Each recovery code can only be used once.

To view your recovery codes after initial setup, click Show Recovery Codes and confirm your password.

To generate new recovery codes, click Regenerate Recovery Codes and confirm your password. This replaces all previous codes.

Disabling 2FA

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. In the Two Factor Authentication section, click Disable.

  3. Confirm your password when prompted.
