Deleting Discount Codes

Remove a discount code from the system.

How to Delete a Discount

A discount can be permanently deleted, but only once it is inactive. The Delete action is hidden while a discount is active, so you must deactivate it first.

1. Navigate to Discounts.

2. Open the actions dropdown on the discount and click Deactivate. The discount is immediately deactivated and can no longer be redeemed by customers.

3. Open the actions dropdown again. A Delete action now appears. Click it.

4. A confirmation modal appears. Click Delete to permanently remove the discount. This action cannot be undone.

Important Notes

• Deleting a discount is permanent and cannot be undone.

• The Delete action only appears once a discount is inactive - active discounts must be deactivated first.

• If you only want to stop a discount temporarily, deactivate it instead. Deactivated discounts remain in the system and can be reactivated at any time.

• Bookings that already used the discount are not affected.
