Updating Your Payment Method

Change the card used for your Camper BMS billing.

How to Update

  1. Navigate to Billing.

  2. Click Update Payment Method in the page header.

  3. A Stripe-hosted session opens in a new tab where you can enter your new payment details.

  4. Follow the prompts on the Stripe page to complete the update.

When to Update

  • Your card has expired.

  • You want to use a different card.

  • Your bank has issued a replacement card.

  • You received a failed payment notification.

Important Notes

  • Only the organisation owner can update the payment method.

  • Updating only replaces the card on file. It does not charge the new card or settle any outstanding balances.

  • Future billing cycles will use the new card automatically.
