Extend a guest's booking to a later checkout date.
When You Can Extend
The extend option is available when:
The booking is confirmed (paid or pending).
The checkout date is today or in the future.
How to Extend
Open the booking detail page.
Click Extend Stay.
Select the new checkout date using the date picker.
Choose an invoice option:
Auto-calculate price β Uses standard pricing for the extension period. The calculated price is shown automatically.
Manual price β Enter a custom dollar amount.
No invoice β Extend without charging (complimentary).
Optionally add invoice notes.
Click Extend Booking to confirm.
A sidebar shows the current booking summary including guest name, site, and current stay dates for reference.
What Happens
The booking's checkout date is updated.
If an invoice option was selected, a new invoice is created for the additional nights.
The campsite remains allocated for the extended period.
If the Site Isn't Available
If the campsite is already booked for part of the requested extension dates, the date picker will be limited to the maximum extendable date. A message explains the limitation, and an option to Create New Booking Instead is offered, pre-populated with the customer's details.
