Move a booking to a different campsite without having to edit the entire booking.
When You Can Switch
The switch site option is available when the booking is confirmed (paid, pending, or reserved) and the checkout date is today or in the future.
How to Switch
Open the booking detail page.
Click Switch Site (shown beneath the site number in the booking details).
A modal opens showing the current site and all available sites for the booking's dates, each displaying their site number and total price.
Click on the new site to select it.
Click Confirm Switch.
The booking is immediately moved to the new campsite. The page reloads with the updated booking details.
Sites with individual pricing are marked with an asterisk and a note explaining the price differs from standard category pricing.
Pricing Considerations
If the new site has different pricing (e.g. individual campsite pricing), the existing invoice amount is not automatically adjusted. You may need to create an additional invoice or issue a partial refund manually.
