Add internal notes to a booking for staff reference. These are not visible to customers.

Adding a Note

  1. Open the booking detail page.

  2. Click Add Note in the booking details section.

  3. A modal titled Add Internal Note appears with a message confirming the note will only be visible to park admins.

  4. Enter your note in the text area.

  5. Click Save Note.

Note Types

There are two types of notes displayed on a booking:

  • Customer Notes β€” Notes submitted by the customer during booking. These are displayed in the booking details and cannot be edited from this page.

  • Internal Notes β€” Staff-only notes added via the Add Note button. These are highlighted with a border and only visible to park admins.

Use Cases

  • Special requests from the guest ("Arriving late, please leave gate open").

  • Internal reminders ("Guest is a returning customer - offer upgrade").

  • Issues or incidents during the stay.

  • Communication logs from phone calls.

Internal notes are visible to all staff members who have access to the booking. Customers cannot see them.
