Resend the booking confirmation email to a customer if they didn't receive it or need it again.

How to Resend

  1. Open the booking detail page.

  2. Click Re-Send Booking Email.

  3. The confirmation email is sent to the customer's email address on file.

What's Included

The confirmation email contains:

  • Booking confirmation number.

  • Check-in and check-out dates.

  • Campsite area and site details.

  • Any relevant campground information.

  • Self check-in link (if self check-in is enabled).
