View past bookings that have been completed or are no longer active.
Accessing the Archive
Navigate to Bookings and click the View Archived Bookings link at the bottom of the search section.
Features
The archive has the same search and filter capabilities as the main bookings list:
Search by customer name, email, phone number, or booking ID.
Filter by status and date range.
Sort results.
Pagination for browsing through results.
A total results count is displayed above the list. Use the Back To Upcoming Bookings or All Bookings links to return to the main bookings page.
Viewing Archived Bookings
Click on any archived booking to view its full details, including invoices, notes, and files. You can still view all historical information.
