Booking Limits

Set the longest stay a guest can book, the most guests your park takes in a night, and whether babies and toddlers count toward guest limits.

Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings > Booking Limits from the campground menu.

Default Maximum Nights

The longest stay a guest can book. New campsite areas start on this limit, and each area's limit can be changed on its Min/Max Stays tab. Leave it empty to allow any length of stay.

For example: with 14, a guest can book up to 14 nights.

At 28 or more, a note shows that GST on those longer bookings uses your park's long-stay settings. A list of areas that allow 28 nights or more also appears, with a field for each. Change them there and click Save area limits.

Maximum Guests Per Night

Maximum guests per night across the park caps how many guests can stay on any one night, across all site types. Leave it empty for no limit.

For example: with 25, bookings stop for any night once 25 guests are staying.

Guests on leases count toward this limit using the number of occupants recorded on each lease.

Babies and Toddlers

Count babies and toddlers toward guest limits is on by default. Areas that let babies and toddlers stay free ask guests how many are coming. With this on, each one takes a place against a site's maximum guests and the maximum guests per night. They stay free either way.

For example: a site takes 6 guests. With this on, 4 adults, 1 child and 1 under 4 fill it. With it off, the same party leaves room for one more guest.

Babies and toddlers are set up on each area's Pricing & Rates page.
