Map Hotspots

Add interactive hotspots to your campground maps so customers can click on sites and facilities.

Accessing Hotspot Editor

1. Navigate to Settings > Maps.

2. Click Edit Hotspots on a map to open the hotspot editor.

Setup Wizard

The hotspot editor uses a step-by-step wizard. On the first step, three options are presented side by side as equal choices - AI Detection, Manual Drawing, and a Custom Service Request where our team sets up the hotspots for you:

AI Detection

1. Select the AI Detection option.

2. The system analyses your map image and suggests hotspot locations. A progress indicator shows the detection status.

3. Review the AI-detected sites on the map.

4. Continue to the drawing step to manually add any sites that were not detected.

5. Assign each hotspot to a campsite category and site number.

6. Save the results.

Manual Drawing

1. Select the Manual Drawing option.

2. Click on the map to draw boundaries around each campsite area. Press Space to start/stop drawing, and Escape to cancel the current shape.

3. Assign each drawn hotspot to a campsite category and site number.

4. Save the results.

Custom Service Request

If you'd prefer professional help setting up your map hotspots:

1. Request a custom service from the setup wizard.

2. The Camper BMS team will set up the hotspots for you.

3. You can cancel a service request if needed.
