Minimum and Maximum Stays
Set the longest stay a guest can book in a campsite area, and minimum night requirements that can vary by season or special dates.
Accessing Stay Settings
Navigate to your campsite area and click Min/Max Stays in the sidebar.
Maximum Nights
The Maximum Nights section at the top of the page sets the longest stay a guest can book in this area. It applies to paid and free areas.
Enter the number of nights in Maximum Nights. Leave it blank to allow any length of stay.
Click Save Maximum Nights.
For example: with Maximum Nights set to 14, a guest can book a stay of up to 14 nights in this area.
At 28 nights or more, GST on those bookings uses your park's long-stay settings. See GST Settings & Long-Stay Treatments.
Adding a Minimum Stay Rule
The Minimum Night Stays section sets minimum night requirements for specific date ranges.
Click Add Minimum Stay Period.
Configure the rule:
Date Range - The period this rule applies to, such as school holidays or peak season.
Minimum Nights - The minimum number of nights required.
Click Save Period.
Deleting Rules
Click the Delete link next to any minimum stay rule to remove it. You will be asked to confirm before deletion.
How It Works
When a customer tries to book dates that fall within a minimum stay period, the booking system accepts only bookings of at least the minimum number of nights.
