Campsites & Pricing
Set up camping areas and individual sites, pricing, dynamic multipliers, blocked dates, minimum stays and pet policies.
Campsites are the individual bookable sites within a campsite area. For example, a "Beachfront Sites" area might contain Site 1, Site 2, Site 3, etc.
Block out dates for a specific campsite area while keeping other areas available.
Configure global pet policies that apply across your entire campground.
Block out dates across your entire campground to prevent bookings during closures, maintenance periods, or private events.
Configure pet allowance for each campsite area. This overrides the campground-level pet setting.
Turn a sold-out area into a second chance. When a campsite area is fully booked for the dates a customer wants, a waitlist lets them register their interest instead of walking away - and the moment a spot frees up, the system offers it to them automatically.
Each campsite area uses a three-tier pricing model that lets you set different rates for peak, standard, and off-peak periods.
Campsite areas group similar sites together. For example, you might have "Beachfront Sites", "Forest Cabins", or "Riverside Glamping". Each area has a type (e.g. Powered Sites, Unpowered Sites, Cabins, Glamping Tents) along with its own pricing, images, and policies.
Dynamic pricing automatically adjusts your campsite rates based on historical booking patterns, demand, and special dates like weekends and public holidays.
While dynamic pricing generates multipliers automatically, you can manually override individual days when needed.
Block out dates for a single campsite while keeping other sites in the same area available.
Override the category-level pet policy for a specific campsite. This is useful when most sites in an area allow pets but a few don't, or vice versa.
Set custom pricing on a specific campsite that overrides the area's category pricing. This is useful for premium sites with better views, larger spaces, or unique features.
Add photos to your campsite areas to showcase them on your public booking pages.
Set minimum night requirements for a campsite area to ensure bookings meet a minimum length, which can vary by season or special dates.
