Inviting Team Members
Add staff to your organisation so they can help manage your campgrounds.
Finding the Staff Page
Staff are invited and managed on the Staff page. From the main navigation, open Organisation, then click Manage staff. The Organisation page itself is a settings hub - as its subtitle notes, staff, groups, and campground access are all managed on the Staff page.
Inviting a Member
On the Staff page, in the Staff members panel, click Invite staff.
In the Invite a staff member dialog, enter the person's Email address.
Under Groups, tick one or more groups the person should belong to. Groups control what they can do, so create a group first if you don't have any.
Under Campground access, tick which campgrounds the person can access.
Click Send invitation.
What Happens
An invitation email is sent to the entered email address.
The person appears in the staff members table with a Pending status until they accept.
If the person already has a Camper BMS account, they can log in and accept the invite.
If they don't have an account, the email includes a link to register and automatically join your organisation.
