Managing Team Members
Manage campground access and remove team members.
Accessing the Staff Page
Navigate to Organisation from the main navigation, then click Manage staff to open the Staff page where team members are managed.
Staff Members
The Staff members panel lists all team members in a table showing each person's name, email, groups, and status. The organisation owner is shown with an "Owner" badge and "Full access".
Managing Campground Access
Campground access controls which campgrounds a member can work in:
Find the member in the staff members table.
Open the member's actions menu and choose Set campground access.
In the Campground access modal, tick or untick the campgrounds this person can access.
Click Save access to apply the changes.
This is useful when you have multiple campgrounds and want certain staff to only access specific locations.
Removing a Member
Find the member in the staff members table.
Open the member's actions menu and choose Remove.
Confirm the removal in the confirmation modal.
The member immediately loses access to your organisation and all its campgrounds.
Leaving an Organisation
If you are a member (not the owner), you can leave the organisation by clicking Leave organisation on your own row in the staff members table and confirming the action.
