Guest Manifest

Adding Guests

1. Open the booking detail page.

2. Scroll to the Guest Manifest section.

3. Type a guest name in the input field.

4. Press Enter or click Add to add the guest.

5. Repeat for each guest.

The guest count is shown next to the section header.

Removing Guests

Click the X button next to a guest name to remove them from the manifest.

On Booking PDFs

Guest names from the manifest are included on the booking PDF when downloaded.

Group Bookings

For bookings that are part of a group booking, each site maintains its own guest list. On the group booking page, all guests across all sites are displayed in an aggregated manifest view. The group PDF includes the full combined guest list.
