Deleting A Campground
If you no longer wish to use Camper BMS for a specific campground, you can delete it directly from your account.
How to Delete a Campground
Navigate to the Campground Details page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Delete Campground.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What Happens Next
The campground is deactivated and removed from your list of active campgrounds.
It appears as a Deleted card on the Campgrounds page, showing how long remains before permanent removal (for example, "This campground will be removed in 30 days").
Deleted campgrounds are kept for 30 days, during which the deletion can be reversed. After that they are permanently removed.
Associated data will continue to be retained in accordance with the data retention provisions of the SaaS Agreement.
Reinstating a Deleted Campground
You can undo a deletion within the 30-day window. On the Campgrounds page, find the Deleted card for the campground and click Reinstate to restore it. Only the organisation owner can reinstate a campground. Once the 30 days have passed, the campground is permanently removed and can no longer be reinstated.
Before You Delete
Please ensure you export any data you may require before proceeding. This may include:
Booking records
Guest information
Invoices and financial records
Reports and analytics
Once the 30-day reinstatement window has passed, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
