Getting Started
Create your account, set up your organisation and campgrounds, and find your way around the dashboard.
To get started with Camper BMS, you'll need to create an account. Registration is open - you can sign up yourself, no invitation required. Camper BMS is currently in Early Access.
Your organisation is the top-level account in Camper BMS. It acts as the parent for all your campgrounds and team members.
After setting up your organisation, you'll be guided through the onboarding wizard to create your first campground. The wizard has five steps, each with a progress bar showing your completion percentage. You can navigate between completed steps by clicking on the step numbers, and you can skip any step by clicking Skip This Step .
You can manage multiple campgrounds under a single organisation.
Configure the basic information for your campground.
The dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of your campground's daily activity and key metrics.
Connect a custom subdomain to your campground's booking pages so customers see your own URL instead of the default Camper BMS address.
If you no longer wish to use Camper BMS for a specific campground, you can delete it directly from your account.
The Reports page gives you a detailed breakdown of your campground's financial and booking performance over a period you choose. You'll find it in the sidebar under the Finance section, next to Invoices . If you can't see it, your user role may not include finance access.
