Understanding the Dashboard

The dashboard gives you an at-a-glance overview of your campground's daily activity and key metrics.

Setup Alerts

If your campground still needs configuration, the dashboard will display alerts in an Action Required box at the top prompting you to:

• Add a Billing Method - required to accept paid bookings.

• Connect a Payment Gateway - required for invoicing and online payments.

• Set Campsite Pricing - required to enable online payments for your site categories.

• Add Booking Terms & Conditions - required so customers see your terms before completing a booking.

• Add a Privacy Policy - required so customers are informed about how their data is handled.

These alerts disappear once each step is completed.

Areas With No Sites

A campsite area with no sites appears in Action Required as "[Area name] has no sites - Guests can book this area once it has sites." For example: "Powered Sites has no sites".

• Add Sites - opens the area's Campsites list, where you add its sites. See Adding & Managing Individual Campsites.

• × - dismisses the row for that area. It stays dismissed.

Adding a site to the area removes the row.

Key Metrics

The dashboard displays four summary cards:

• Today's Check-ins - Number of guests arriving today.

• Today's Check-outs - Number of guests departing today.

• Arrivals Next 7 Days - Number of bookings arriving over the next 7 days (today's check-ins are counted separately).

• Outstanding Invoices - Total dollar value of unpaid and overdue invoices, displayed as a currency amount.

Below the summary cards, the dashboard shows two charts:

• Occupancy - A donut chart showing how many of your sites are currently occupied out of the total.

• Revenue Trend - A line chart of revenue received per day over the last 30 days.

Quick Access

Three shortcut cards provide quick navigation to the most common areas:

• Manage Bookings - View and manage all campground reservations.

• Manage Customers - View customer profiles and booking history.

• Manage Sites - Add and configure site categories and pricing.

Today's Bookings

Two sections show the bookings relevant to today:

• Today's Check-Ins - A list of up to 10 bookings checking in today.

• Today's Check-Outs - A list of up to 10 bookings checking out today.

Each section includes a View All link to navigate to the full bookings list.

Recent Bookings

A list of the 5 most recently created bookings, regardless of date. Includes a View All link to navigate to the full bookings list.
