Enabling API Access

Requirements

API access may be restricted if your payment method has not been added or if you have overdue invoices.

Accessing Integration Settings

Navigate to Integrations from the main navigation.

Enabling the API

1. On the integrations page, in the API section, click Enable API Access. Clicking this button immediately grants consent - there is no separate acceptance step. API access is governed by the SaaS Agreement, which is linked next to the button for reference.

2. API access is now active.

API Pricing

API access is free - there is no per-request charge for reads or writes. Access is off by default, and a billing method must be on file to enable it (see Requirements above).

Managing API Tokens

Creating a Token

1. Click Create Token.

2. Enter a Token Name and optional Description.

3. Select the Permissions for the token. Choose Full Access or select individual permissions (e.g. Bookings Read, Customers Write, etc.).

4. Click Create Token.

5. Copy the token immediately -- it will not be shown again.

Revoking a Token

Click Revoke next to any token to revoke it. Applications using that token will lose access immediately.

Disabling the API

Click Disable API Access to turn off API access. All existing API requests will stop working until you re-enable it.

Usage Tracking

The integrations page shows:

• Whether API access is enabled, and the date consent was granted.

• A restricted access notice if your payment method is missing or invoices are overdue.
