Cancelling a Booking

Cancel a booking from the admin panel when a guest needs to cancel or you need to void a booking.

How to Cancel

  1. Open the booking detail page.

  2. Click Cancel Booking (this button only appears when the booking is not already cancelled).

  3. A confirmation modal appears with a warning that the action cannot be undone.

  4. Optionally check the Issue refund for all paid invoices checkbox if the customer should receive a refund.

  5. Click Cancel Booking to confirm, or Go Back to return without cancelling.

What Happens

  • The booking status changes to Cancelled.

  • The campsite is freed up and becomes available for other bookings.

  • If a refund was selected, it is processed through the original payment gateway.

  • The customer receives a cancellation notification (if notifications are configured).

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers can also cancel their own bookings through the customer portal if your cancellation policy allows it. See Cancellation Policy for configuring your rules.
