Housekeeping
Turn housekeeping on, work the cleaning board, and manage site turnover tasks from check-out to clean.
Housekeeping gives you a cleaning and turnover board, automatically raises a cleaning task when a guest checks out, and warns your front desk when a site is still dirty at check-in. It is off by default for new campgrounds, and you turn it on per campground.
The housekeeping board is where your cleaning team sees what needs doing. It lists every open cleaning task for the campground, ordered so the most urgent turnovers come first.
A housekeeping task is one site's turnover, from the moment it needs cleaning to the moment it is signed off. Most tasks raise themselves when a guest checks out; you can also raise them by hand.
When housekeeping is switched on, your front desk is warned before checking a guest onto a site that has not been cleaned yet. The warning does not stop you working - it makes sure nobody is sent to a dirty site by accident.
